Hang is a small rice village in the northern karst hills of Vietnam. We spent three days there helping to restore the community center, playing in the local water hole and exploring the area. We stayed with a family, who offers home stays to foreigners trekking through. On our way out, the family told us that we were the longest staying guests they ever had, and we’re welcome back any time. The combination of this extremely pretty village and a hilarious student group made for some very memorable good times. However, now we’re back in Hanoi, and one of our students had to leave early. Rafa, things won’t be the same without you buddy! You’re missed already!
