The last few days have been jam packed with activities including tours of Saigon, War Remittance Museum, Cu Cui Tunnels, making coconut candy and rice paper, homestay in Can Tho, floating markets, and now a final night in Chau Doc, after the longest stair climb of my life to reach the picturesque Mount of Sam. The students have been full of energy and excited about everything. Yay! Unfortunately, we did lose one student to a family emergency, which made her fly back home. Janice, we’re thinking of you! Our next adventure takes us to Phnom Penh by speed boat.
